New Jersey: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns
Blank Firing Guns:
Cannot ship to: Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, Virginia
Thompson Center Pistols and Pistol Frames:
Cannot ship to: California, New York, Maryland, and Massachusetts
All muzzleloaders to Illinois Must go to FFL Dealer for transfer
Please Read Carefully Before Purchase:
All Firearms, including black powder, must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer or licensed C&R Holders. (We ship to C&R Holders ONLY if the firearm qualifies for a C&R transfer)
All State and Federal Laws Apply! Please do not attempt to purchase if you are not eligible. If you do no know, please check with your local FFL Dealer. By making this purchase the buyer agrees to release the seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of this item.
SAFETY NOTICE: We recommend buyers have all firearms inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to use. Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a firearm is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection for sale purposes only. It is a requirement that every firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
Legal Requirements: Modern Firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL Dealer in your area. Purchaser to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before made. A C&R license is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and or guns known to be at least 50 years old)
California Residents: I do not ship to California at this time.
Antique Firearms require purchaser to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc)
Important: Please find out if there are any special regulations in your state before purchasing! Check your BATF and C&R list.
It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state before purchasing!!

Large Capacity Magazine Restrictions:
New Jersey- 15 round max for semi-automatic firearms only.
California- 10 rounds max for all magazines
Maryland- 20 rounds max for all magazines
Massachusetts- 10 rounds max for all magazines
Hawaii- 10 round max for all handgun magazines
